OEKO‑TEX STANDARD 100 is one recognized harmful-substance testing system for textiles and accessories. 4. PVC-coated membranes: ask about plasticizers, not just PVC
PVC can be formulated with different plasticizers, stabilizers, pigments and flame-retardant packages.
